Both of my boys are very photogenic, I think. Sometimes they seem cuter on screen to me than they do in real life! As both of them grow, they are becoming so much fun to be with! Little people with their own personality and likes/dislikes.

Photography 101
This week in my photography class we learned about maximizing the affects of natural light by taking pictures in the "progam" mode. This was one of my better "homework" pictures.
Play House Fun
This weekend we visited college friends Glen & Shaele in Boone, NC. While the guys went out for an informational interview with a Crusade staff member, Shaele took us to her kids' favorite hot spot, The Play House. Ayden had a ball, but he was moving around so much that these are the only good shots I got of him. Seeing him in the smock really makes me realize that he is a full blown toddler now and no longer a baby.

Ayden & Carson
Ayden has started to actually initiate play with Carson. I'm so thankful that he LOVES his little brother!
This morning he played for about 10 minutes with him, showing him a little lion and making him dance or talk to JoJo. Then after lunch today he played "peek-a-boo" with him. He says, "JoJo" and covers his face (Ayden's) then says "Boo-Boo" and moves his hands and just laughs and laughs! Carson doesn't really have any idea what's going on, but Ayden thinks it's fun.

Carson is about 2-3 months ahead of Ayden as far as when he is wearing what Ayden wore. Carson isn't necesarily big, it's just that Ayden was very small. (In fact, Ayden has on a 6-9 month outfit right now as I type this!) Ayden wore this white outfit when he was seven months old and the red outfit when he was five months old. Carson is about 3 1/2 months old right now. I think Ayden has just as much fun as we do dressing up Carson and posing him. He says, "Coot!" (cute) I'm trying to be very purposeful about taking as many pictures of Carson as I did Ayden--I don't want his baby book to be slim compared to Ayden's!

Our boy is growing!
I know I've been a little lax on the blog, but I just started a new photography class this week so the pictures should start rolling in!
Silly Jo-Jo!
Because Carson is starting to hold his head up, we can prop him up and take silly pictures! It's a creative outlet for me and Ayden thinks its fun too!
